flabby mommy needs help

Help please!  I had my daughter almost 2 years ago and gained 80 lbs.  It’s been a struggle to take it off.  I work a full time job and by the time I get home, cook dinner, feed her, play with her, bathe her, dress her for bed, watch a TV show with her, put her to bed, it’s 9:00 or 9:30!  I’m exausted and I still need to clean the kitchen or fold some clothes.  I’ve been letting the kitchen and clothes go for months now b/c I’m so pooped.  Where’s the husband you ask?  Well, sometimes he’s picking up the kitchen duty slack but most of the time he’s working from home or sitting on his computer.  To be honest, he sits at his computer a lot.  I love him to pieces and he’s good help when he wants to.  I dunno.  I’m just tired of being tired and I need some time for myself.  I’d like to exercise but when it’s 9:30 at night and I’m worn out there’s no energy to and certainly not any motivation. 

 Is there anyone out there that can help?  Any tips on managing my time, a workout schedule,  an effective diet plan where I don’t starve, anything?  I really appreciate any help you can offer.  I’m tired of being flabby.
